    Additional 10% for Full Time (>110 days out of 180) or Extra Large Site.

Rates: Rates are for two adults and up to three children of household under the age of eighteen. Extra charges apply for additional persons/visitors. Please ask.

Electric is metered and billed at Eversource rates

Internet: $180.00/season, or Wi-Fi hotspots available

Black water tank disposal: $17.50 plus tax.

Grey water tank disposal: Chambers at each site (no charge) – need adapter & garden hose.

Deposits – Non-refundable deposit of $100 to hold site for 14 days, after that $400 deposit for season.

We reserve and hold sites in good faith, and do not give refunds for cancellations due to weather forecasts.
